REMINDERS!

Pets must be leashed and supervised at all times. If animals are outside, they must be accompanied by a responsible party old enough to control the pet. Pet droppings must be cleaned up immediately. Pets MAY NOT be tied up outside unattended. Owners will be charged a fine for each reported violation.

Strict Prohibition of Fireworks on HOA Premises. Fireworks of any kind are strictly prohibited on Evanston Estates HOA property. This includes streets, yards, driveways, common areas, and all other parts of the community. Fireworks pose a serious safety hazard to people, pets, and property. Violators will be subject to hefty fines without further warning. The HOA and local authorities may be contacted in the event of violations. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community for all residents. This rule is enforced year-round, including during holidays such as the 4th of July and the 24th of July. We ask for your full cooperation in keeping our neighborhood safe and peaceful. If you witness fireworks being used, please report the incident to the HOA immediately.

We invite you to attend our Annual HOA Meeting on April 20th at 4:00pm. This is an important opportunity to stay informed about community updates, discuss upcoming projects, and address any concerns.
